John did a fantastic job stripping, sanding and sealing a wlky with excess of gator seal wet look. Pressure washer removed approx %80 and also great job in sealing the back yard area . Reliable and trustworthy. Reasonable rate.look forward to having front and back pavers sanded and sealed in 2 to 3 years preservation purposes.
